Always verify the website's URL to confirm its bank's official KYC application.
If the URL of the website is not secure with https, do not enter any sensitive information or download files from that site.
Never click on suspicious links or download attachments from unknown sources.
Access our KYC application only from trusted devices and secure Wi-Fi networks.
Regularly review your KYC details and transaction history. If you notice any unauthorized changes or suspicious activities, report them to us immediately.
Keep your One-Time Password (OTP) confidential. Never share OTPs with anyone, even if they claim to be from the bank. Remember, Bank will never ask for your OTP through email or phone calls.
Never Share KYC Information via Phone or Email. Bank will never request your KYC information, such as documents or personal details, through phone calls or emails.
If you have shared your KYC details to someone who claims to be from the bank and lost money, immediately report such incidents on https://cybercrime.gov.in or dial 1930.
